Litigation specialists Stewarts Law and London-based Enyo Law have refused to deny rumours that one firm is in talks to buy out the other. According to a report today, City of London and Leeds-based Stewarts Law, a litigation-only law firm, is in talks to buy boutique litigator Enyo Law.
Neither firm would comment.
If confirmed the combination would boast revenue of around £82m, putting it into the top 50 in the UK. Stewarts Law’s revenue last year was £62.1m. Enyo Law’s latest accounts, published last month, state the firm’s 2016 turnover was £20.7m.
