Saida Bello, who completed the Law Society’s mentoring scheme to support her aim of becoming a judge, has been selected in the latest round of judicial appointments. She will be a member of the Valuation Tribunal England.
Bello said: ‘I remember attending my first Law Society judicial appointments seminar in 2012. At the time, becoming a judge seemed like a distant dream… I have now achieved one of my career ambitions.’ Bello was mentored by Fiona Monk, senior resident judge at the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber.
