A specialist in commercial property, Rowe was known nationally for his work on large-scale developments and he acted on a number of significant mixed-use real estate projects.
He acted for many years for the Canal & River Trust (formerly British Waterways) and had a number of significant instructions for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Rowe, a Cambridge graduate, joined Bevan Brittan in February after working with TLT and Wright Hassall.
Duncan Weir, managing partner of Bevan Brittan, said: ‘The thoughts of our partners and the staff of Bevan Brittan are with Tim’s family at this time.
‘We all feel a great sense of sadness at the loss of such a valued fellow partner and colleague. In the short time he was with us, he built a strong reputation within the firm – and was highly successful in developing a personal portfolio of commercial clients, many of whom are household names.’
Rowe leaves behind twin boys aged 13 (William and Oliver) and his wife Michele.
